Lemon Tree

I get to this point of posting and always I have a block as to what to say! I'm more of a visual person, but I do love to read. So while sitting under my lemon tree this humming bird came along--she was interested in the water--I had the hose on the tree in a slow drizzle. I think she must have smelled the water since it wasn't making any noise and it wasn't spraying into the air.

That bird WAS at the left side of my head and flying around at the back of my head--I had to hold the camera over my shoulder to take that picture--I had no clue whether I had caught her, but I did. She stopped flying--I couldn't hear her --I thought she landed in my hair--Your dream sounds like what happened to me! Crazy!

No, I think the hummingbird just wanted to see what a great artist looked like.

Another fantastic painting here, Susan!

Great job capturing the effect of light, from the shaded leaves to the foliage getting hit directly by the sunlight.

Just awesome!
