Someone has been tending the little incline of land, probably belonging to the city, pushed up against a fence that separates open wild land, hills, trees and cows from this street in Morro Bay.

I just adore how the garden path is only visible once you walk up the small hill!
They did a beautiful job turning unused land into something special!

I, too, discovered this garden while on a random adventure through Morro Bay!! I love the idea that Miss Yvonne is responsible, the quirky accents are just up her alley!!
