Allie's Cats---I sewed the skirt on the doll---the boy dolls are wearing shorts, but they're so baggy they look like skirts. For awhile I was able to set up my sewing and leave it there---leave my machine out and all my supplies, but look what happened...

granddaughter's play, mixed with my sewing! Took awhile to clear it! Everything from here on, is hand sewing.

I love these dollies!! Oh my, that clutter, but no doubt you can forgive her that when you see her quiet and settled with her embroidery!! I can remember my Mother teaching my girls to sew - so peaceful for half and hour!!
Nice dolls , so nice to see kids do art work. Have a great 4th of JUly ck out the audio on my post if you have the time.
These pictures of the dolls remind me of a kaliodoscope of colors and shapes. Love that.
