Crochet Hooks

These crochet hooks are whittled from Eucalyptus branches. I made a number of them to teach the students a very basic chain stitch in an art class. They were a bit clumsy, but very colorful.

Old Clothes Pins

I took these two clothes pins off the line before they fell apart. The wood is worn and bent. The wire is rusted, but they still work. They must have hung clothes for years! Through three children grown and gone and I've never owned a dryer.

Skull Necklace

Wishbones

While painting this I received a call from my doctor telling me I have osteoporosis. I stepped on one of the wishbones that had fallen on the floor--it was so dry and brittle and cracked into many pieces...
