Water Main

A patriotic water main at a nearby motel. I watched the fireworks right behind this motel overlooking the bay. This is just a portion of a larger assembly of pipes and such.

Hi Don, Thanks--I've always liked the large network of pipes that come out of the ground at business places. I'm not done with this subject yet.

Hi Martha, Your feet should be marching!

Yup - feet are marching...

How Dad tortured us every morning with the radio tuned loudly to Eddie Pearson on WEAN...

it's 7:11 - heeere's Guy!

(a Guy Lombardo tune...)

it's 7:25 - now it's time to march around the breakfast table!

(a Sousa March...)

Hi Jelaine, thank you very much!

Yikes--Marching music in the morning--yet, being a kid,it seemed perfectly normal to me at the time. I went to a fourth of July parade and thought of Dad when the bands marched by.
