She sort of looks like she's seeing a blessed light, or a vision, or she wants to hug the cat. I make all my granddaughter's dolls and stuffed animals talk. If I forget to, my granddaughter reminds me, "Make it talk, Gramma." It's interesting what these toys have to say, I'm even surprised by what comes out.
